Soga Living Rock is a pristine piece of land with the Higashiyama ski area to the north, Mt.Yotei to the east and surrounded by beautiful nature.

It is perfectly located for the powder ski enthusiasts with the Annapuri and Hirafu ski areas less than 10 minutes away and only 25 minutes from the famous Rusutsu ski area. Great summer outdoors include 8 golf courses within a 30 minute drive and a new world class mountain bike park.

In 2017, a landmark house was created on one of the plots by famous architect Makoto Nakayama. Two more plots are now available for the discerning buyer.

Sharing a private access that leads to the 20,000 sq m land, residents will be surrounded by natural beauty in total privacy.

A stream meandering along the western border of the land can be accessed by trails through the woods; land may be cultivated for organic farming; a competition size synthetic grass tennis court can also be enjoyed by the residents.

Based in Hokkaido with professional experience both in Japan and internationally, Makoto Nakayama is responsible for the overall planning of Soga Living Rock.

Analyzing Soga Living Rock's building site, and understanding the surrounding environment, he is creating an architectural plan most suited for the owners who will live on this land.

Soga Living Rock 全体の計画を担ったのは、北海道を拠点に日本国内はもとより海外でも活躍する建築家の中山眞琴。Soga Living Rock の敷地を読み解き、周辺環境を理解し、この地で過ごすオーナーへの最適な建築プランを立案しています。

Living Rock was completed in December, 2017. The lot area is 4670m² including the access road.
